Village Caregiving is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide non-medical, in-home support to clients in the Weirton area. You’ll help individuals maintain independence and quality of life by assisting with daily activities in a comfortable home setting.

No experience required – Paid training provided. This role offers daily pay options, flexible scheduling, and rapid onboarding to start quickly.

Qualifications

• Dependable and professional attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Must meet pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Support mobility, including transfers and ambulation.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with transportation for essential errands.
• Communicate with supervisors and care teams.
