Job summary

TLC Care Services is seeking a dedicated Home Care Companion to join our team across Anchorage, Girdwood, Matsu, Palmer, Wasilla, North Pole, Fairbanks, and the Kenai Peninsula. We provide non-medical in-home services, ABA services, and mobile spa offerings.

The role focuses on direct patient care, coordination with health professionals, and educating clients and families on wellness topics. CPR/First Aid certification and TB test are required.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Current TB test.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Valid Vehicle Insurance.
• Must live in the surrounding areas of Anchorage, Girdwood, Matsu, Palmer, Wasilla, North Pole, Fairbanks, the entire Kenai Peninsula.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients, including taking medical histories, conducting exams, and developing treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare and wellness topics.
• Record and maintain accurate patient medical records.
