Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA with in-home care experience.
• Ability to perform ADLs and mobility assistance.
• Reliable, compassionate, and able to follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers.
• Support daily activities including meals and grooming.
• Accompany patient to medical appointments and errands.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home.
• Provide hospice-supportive care and comfort.
• Remind and assist with prescribed medications.
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises as directed.
• Support care for bed-bound patients.
• Assist with incontinence care.
• Use lifting devices like gait belts and Hoyer lifts as needed.
