Job summary

Cera Care in Croydon is recruiting a Care Assistant to support clients at home, helping them live independently with compassionate, person-centered care. You’ll work across local areas and enjoy fulfilling results from your care.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; a driving licence is required for travel, with flexible shifts and DBS checks where applicable. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience not required, full training provided.
• Must have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexible shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including washing, dressing and continence support.
• Support with medications and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and daily living assistance.
