Cera Care is seeking a Care Assistant in Alton to support clients recently discharged from hospital and recovering at home. The role focuses on compassionate care, companionship, and practical help to enable safe, independent living. Training will be provided, and DBS/PVG checks apply.

We offer block pay with part-time and full-time options. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for travel between visits, with 35p per mile and travel time paid.

Qualifications

• DBS check required.
• Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle required.
• Previous care experience is desirable; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing.
• Manage medications and prepare hot meals.
• Help with domestic tasks and companionship to improve wellbeing.
