As an In Home Patient Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in enriching the quality of life of clients and supporting their wellness in accordance with their custom care plans.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• First Aid and emergency response training (provided if needed).
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Ability to assist with mobility, meals, housekeeping, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Assist with light exercise or walking.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Help with housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or emergencies.
• Provide companionship and support.
• Assist with shopping trips and transportation.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Support mobility during appointments and errands.
