Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Manage light housekeeping and meal preparation in collaboration with clients.
• Encourage clients to meet exercise and fitness goals.
• Prompt clients to take prescribed medications at the right times.
• Assist with shopping and putting away groceries or shop on their behalf.
• Plan and prepare meals with client input based on abilities.
• Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments and activities.
• Report health changes or emergencies promptly and accurately.
