Legacy Home Care in Montgomery, MN is seeking an In-Home Care Aide (CNA/HHA/DSP/PCA) to provide compassionate in-home care for clients in the Twin Cities area. The role offers flexible part-time scheduling, with visits ranging from 3 to 12 hours and opportunities for career advancement within our family of healthcare providers.

You will drive to client homes, build rapport with older adults, assist with daily living activities, and support independence in a home setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (CNA certification a plus)
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid documentation to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Willing to travel up to 35 miles from home to clients' homes
• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week, including 1 weekend shift per month

Responsibilities

• Drive to clients' homes and spend at least 2 hours with each client
• Build strong rapport with older adult clients through regular visits
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and daily living activities
