Touching Hearts at Home is recruiting Home Care Aides for full-time and part-time roles to provide individualized in-home care and companionship. Caregivers will follow each client's plan of care, supporting daily activities and promoting independence with empathy and respect.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient care mindset for older adults.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to individual care plans.
• Must pass background and driving checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and assist with daily living tasks per care plan.
• Transport and accompany clients to appointments and errands.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with personal hygiene with standby safety.
• Offer overnight safety support when required.
