Qualifications

• At least 1 year of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification (or willingness to earn within 30 days).

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized daily living assistance including support with bathing and grooming.
• Change linens, do light laundry, and keep living areas clean.
• Document care notes and share changes with RN or Care Supervisor.

Education

Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program
