Job summary

Help at Home is hiring Home Care Aide in Illinois to work one-on-one with clients in their homes, providing personal care, light housekeeping, and companionship. Pay starts at $18 per hour with benefits including health insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED, or at least 1 year of previous experience as a caregiver.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Access to insured and reliable transportation.
• Certified nursing assistant (CNA) certification is encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care.
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and clothes organization.
• Run errands, grocery shopping, and accompany clients to appointments.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered support in the client’s home.
