Job summary

Help at Home in Illinois is hiring Home Care Aides to work one-on-one with clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, light housekeeping, grooming, meals, and transportation. You’ll support clients with errands and accompany them to appointments, delivering compassionate, person-centered care.

We offer pay ranges from $18.75 to $21.00 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED, or at least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license and access to insured, reliable transportation.
• CNA certification encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals.
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments.
