Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, providing companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. A background in caregiving and a valid driver’s license are preferred, with state clearances required in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Home Care Aide or related personal care role is preferred.
• Genuine compassion, patience and empathy when working with elderly clients.
• Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting, transferring and mobility support.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Must pass a background check and any required state clearances in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly and senior clients.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying living spaces.
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being.
• Transport or accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities.
• Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors or care coordinators.
