Job summary

Compassionate Senior Companions Inc is seeking a dedicated Home Care Aide to join our team in Downingtown, PA. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, personalized in-home care to seniors to help maintain independence and dignity at home.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, providing companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. A background in caregiving and a valid driver’s license are preferred, with state clearances required in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Home Care Aide or related personal care role is preferred.
• Genuine compassion, patience and empathy when working with elderly clients.
• Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting, transferring and mobility support.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Must pass a background check and any required state clearances in Pennsylvania.
