Compassionate Home Care by Jen LLC in Biddeford, ME is seeking a dedicated CNA or PSS to provide at-home, personalized care to clients in their own homes.

Join a mission-driven team that values compassionate, patient-focused care, with flexible scheduling (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays 9:30am to 2:30pm; evenings available) and potential for additional hours as needs arise. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, meals, light housekeeping, companionship, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification or PSS training in Maine.
• Previous home care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to client care.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to Biddeford, ME area.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors.
• Support clients with meal preparation and feeding assistance.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being.
• Document care activities and maintain accurate client records.
