Job summary

A Place At Home Yorba Linda is seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide / Caregiver to support seniors with daily tasks and companionship in their homes. You will assist with personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, mobility, transportation, and medication reminders, while following care plans and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ months experience
• Active CA HCA registration
• Negative TB test (within 90 days)
• Ability to lift 30 lbs
• English communication skills
• Multilingual (preferred: English, Mandarin or Spanish)
• Driver’s license & insurance (for transportation ADL needs)
