Job summary

Reliant Home Care Services in Riverside County is hiring an In-Home Caregiver to provide compassionate, one-on-one support to seniors at home. You will assist with daily activities, personal care, and mobility, helping clients live safely and happily in their own home.

This role offers a stable schedule, competitive hourly pay ($19–$20), online training with CEUs, and benefits such as sick and holiday pay. A valid state HHA registration, a HS diploma, and a reliable driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and active HHA registration in [State].
• One year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Valid State driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.
