Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a part-time BCBA to provide oversight for a limited caseload and develop assent-based treatment plans. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, engage families through parent training, and adjust programs based on data with clinical support available.

Flexible daytime hours and strong clinical collaboration with our team make this a client-focused, field-based opportunity in the Arlington/Dallas area. Equity in patient care remains central to our mission.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and ability to supervise.

What You’ll Do

Provide BCBA oversight for a limited caseload of clients
