Your Role & Impact as a BCBA
  • Oversee ABA therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence

Note: This remote BCBA role supports clients in Arizona. Please consider the time zone difference before applying.

As a Telehealth or Hybrid BCBA, you can create a flexible schedule!

BT hours are Mon–Fri, 8am–8pm. Most clients need supervision in the late afternoon/evening. This role requires availability for afternoon sessions at least 3 days/week.

BCBAs must dedicate 12.5 of their 40 weekly hours to peak supervision time (4pm–8pm AZ time). You can arrange these hours as needed, as long as client and quality expectations are met.

Actual schedule may vary from those provided. Some BCBAs even choose split shifts (AM + PM blocks) for even greater flexibility:

M 6:30pm, T 6pm, W 6pm, Th 6pm, F 6pm (12.5 hrs)

M 4:30pm, T 8pm, W 8pm, Th 8pm, F 4pm (12.5 hrs)

M 5:30pm, T 8pm, W 8pm, Th 6pm, F 5pm (12.5 hrs)

M 6pm, T 7pm, W 7pm, Th 7pm, F 5:30pm (12.5 hrs)

M 7pm, T 7pm, W 7pm, Th 7pm, F 4:30pm (12.5 hrs)

What is your proficiency with the Spanish language? *

0 - None. Knowledge of the language is nonexistent or extremely limited to a few basic words.

1 - Elementary. You know how to structure basic sentences, which may include commons questions and answers.

2 - Limited Working - You're able to have limited social conversations and can understand basic commands.

3 - Professional Working - You understand the language well enough to use it in the workplace, though you may not struggle to keep up in conversation. Some ability to read or write.

4 - Full Professional - Uou can have conversations at an advanced level, though you may have some misunderstandings or occasional mistakes.

5 - Fluent / Bilingual - You are entirely fluent in both languages and can easily switch back and forth. You are comfortable using either language at work.
