Job summary

Miami-Water-and-Air-1 is seeking an In-Home Bilingual Sales Representative to join our South Florida team. You will visit homeowners at scheduled appointments, perform free water tests, present solutions, and close sales on the first visit. This full-time role offers uncapped earning potential through commissions and advancement opportunities.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Candidates must live in Miami-Dade County, have reliable transportation, and be comfortable working

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required.
• Strong background in direct or in-home sales.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Must currently live in Miami-Dade County.
• Proven ability to close sales during the initial appointment.
• Confident communication and negotiation skills.
• Reliable transportation (car or truck).
• Self-driven and able to manage appointments independently.

Responsibilities

• Travel to scheduled appointments throughout Miami-Dade County/Broward County.
• Conduct free in-home water quality assessments.
• Discuss water quality issues and available treatment solutions.
• Present residential water filtration systems.
• Handle customer questions and objections.

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced bilingual sales closers who are confident meeting with homeowners, presenting solutions, and closing sales during the first appointment. You will visit homeowners at scheduled appointments, conduct free water quality testing, and recommend residential water treatment systems based on their needs.
