Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. We provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings and implement plans designed by a BCBA to support client progress.

Ideal candidates have an RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to travel locally. We offer paid training, certification assistance, and opportunities for career advancement in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities
