Qualifications

• Proof of High School Diploma and transcripts are required.
• Resume and onboarding documents must be completed.
• Must have an up-to-date negative TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home behavioral therapy following individualized treatment plans under supervision.
• Collect and document behavior and progress data accurately.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain a safe and structured home-based environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and team members.
