Job summary

Progressive Option Support Services is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home ABA therapy in Passaic County. You will work with children in their homes, helping them develop communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA guidance.

The role offers hands-on experience, ongoing training, and opportunities to grow toward BCBA track. A high school diploma is required; 6 months ABA or related experience is a plus, and reliable

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma.
Experience working with children ( ASD experience preferred ).
At least 6 months of ABA or related experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to take feedback, stay organized, and work independently.
Comfortable working in a home-based environment.
Reliable transportation and access to a mobile device for session notes.

Responsibilities

Provide in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child.
Track progress through data collection and session documentation (training provided).
Support development in behavior, communication, and daily living skills.
Build strong, supportive relationships with children and their families.
