Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism in Charlotte, NC. You will work directly in the homes of clients under supervision from a BCBA, implementing individualized intervention plans and collecting data.

The role requires weekday and weekend availability, and offers opportunities for ongoing staff training, career advancement, and engagement with experienced clinicians in a supportive network.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
