Job summary

Buzz ABA is hiring dependable, energetic people to work one-on-one with children with autism as Behavior Technicians during afternoon hours Monday through Friday. We will teach you ABA-specific skills as needed.

You may be a great fit if you are reliable, patient, positive, energetic, and able to learn quickly. Prior ABA experience is not required, and work is in person in New Hampshire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate professionally and reliably.
• Ability to complete required employment and background screening.
• Ability to consistently work scheduled afternoon sessions.
• Comfortable working directly and actively with children.

Responsibilities

• Assist children with activities of daily living (ADLs) to promote independence and skill development.
• Collect and record behavioral data during therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision.
• Support teaching of social, communication, and functional skills.
• Maintain medical documentation and behavioral records compliant with HIPAA.
