Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. We provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic environments and operate under treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Clients include children benefiting from evidence-based practices.

You will collect data, collaborate with families, and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented workplace focused on positive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must obtain or already hold RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
