Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This role provides 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings and involves implementing plans under BCBA supervision.

The position is part-time, 25 hours per week, with pay range $24–$30 per hour. We offer training, certification support, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, in school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.


• Ability to pass background check.


• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
