Job summary

Little Moments Behavioral Health is seeking in-home, part-time Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support clients with one-on-one implementation of behavior intervention plans under supervision by a BCBA in home or community settings in NW Oregon.

You will help teach communication, social, and coping skills while addressing challenging behaviors such as aggression or self-injury, with a focus on safety, compassionate care for families, ongoing training, thoughtful caseloads, and close collaboration

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to obtain BLS, Safety Care, RBT, and RBAI within 90 days
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client sites
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities
