Job summary

Applied ABC, a clinician-owned ABA therapy agency, is expanding its home-based services in Kentucky. We are seeking a Behavior Technician to implement one-to-one intervention plans under BCBA supervision, in the homes of children with autism.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of ABA experience or pursuing a related degree, and good data collection and communication skills. Weekday and weekend availability is preferred, with competitive pay and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience or pursuing related education.
• Ability to implement one-to-one behavioral plans under supervision.
• Strong data collection and progress tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one ABA intervention plans with children.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory BCBA.
• Operate under BCBA supervision in home settings.
• Weekday and weekend availability for sessions.
• Collect and record therapy session data accurately.
