Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism in Charlotte, NC. You will implement individualized plans under BCBA supervision, participate in staff training, and maintain open communication with supervisors.

Requires 1 year ABA experience and a BA or current pursuit in a related field. Schedule is M-F 10:00 AM–1:00 PM, with weekday/weekend availability and home-based settings.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data
