Centria Autism in Malden, MA seeks an In-Home BCBA to deliver intensive ABA therapy in clients' natural environments, collaborating daily with families and the clinical team. You will lead clinical care with strong support from our system and operations teams.

Qualifications

• BCBA supervision and program oversight required.
• Mentor and train Behavior Technicians for client outcomes.
• Develop assent-based, individualized ABA plans per ABA principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA therapy and supervise Technicians for clinical excellence.
• Provide guidance to Technicians to improve client outcomes.
• Develop assent-based behavior plans and implement them.
• Engage parents through monthly parent training to drive progress.
