Foundry Home Solutions is a family-owned bathroom remodeling company based in Elk River, Minnesota. We are seeking an outgoing, motivated In-Home Sales Representative to join our team and meet homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations.

You will build rapport, learn goals, present remodeling options, and help prepare project estimates while ensuring a positive customer experience and professional representation in customers' homes.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• In-home or home improvement sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Confident, motivated, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations.
• Build rapport and understand each homeowner's needs and goals.
• Present bathroom remodeling products, designs, and options.
• Take measurements and prepare project estimates.
• Explain project details, pricing, promotions, and available financing.
• Provide a professional and comfortable customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information.
• Represent Foundry Home Solutions professionally in customers' homes.
