Job summary

Foundry Home Solutions is a family-owned bathroom remodeling company based in Elk River, Minnesota. We are seeking an outgoing In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners during scheduled consultations, learn goals, and present remodeling options.

You will take measurements, prepare estimates, and discuss pricing and financing, delivering a professional, personalized customer experience while visiting customer homes to help them choose the right solution.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred.
• In-home or home improvement sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Availability for daytime, evening, and Saturday appointments.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations.
• Build rapport and understand each homeowner's needs and goals.
• Present bathroom remodeling products, designs, and options.
• Take measurements and prepare project estimates.
• Explain project details, pricing, promotions, and available financing.
• Provide a professional and comfortable customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information.
• Represent Foundry Home Solutions professionally in customers' homes.
