Qualifications

• 2+ years in-home or outside sales (preferred).
• Excel at one-call close sales and meet/exceed targets.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized in-home consultations, providing tailored bath remodeling solutions.
• Demonstrate products and follow our sales approach to close deals.
• Assist customers with financing options and complete paperwork accurately.
• Collaborate with sales operations and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing training (virtual and in-person).
