Job summary

BNB One Day Bath is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in Downers Grove, IL. You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners to present customized bath remodeling solutions using our iPad-based sales system, design, present, and close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This outside sales role offers a base weekly salary of $400–$500 plus uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses, with pre-qualified leads and comprehensive training to help you maximize earnings.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Previous in-home sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in the home improvement or remodeling industry is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the local service area.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and disciplined with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities
