Luxury Bath of San Antonio is seeking a results-driven In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners in the San Antonio area and present bath remodeling solutions.

As the face of the company, you’ll guide customers from consultation to close, using our iPad-based sales system, design software, and proven process to deliver stylish, affordable baths while earning based on performance with unlimited potential.

Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong closing skills and goal orientation.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and professional.
• Ability to build trust with homeowners during consultations.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our iPad-based sales system.
• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners.

• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions to improve performance.
