Job summary

Luxury Bath of San Antonio is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners in San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas. You will present innovative bath remodeling solutions, guide customers from consultation to installation, and leverage our sales process to close deals with unlimited earning potential.

This outside sales role rewards performance with commission-based compensation and a strong earning trajectory.

Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the local market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations using our iPad-based sales system.
• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners and present remodeling solutions.
• Create customized bath designs using our design software.
• Educate homeowners on products, services, and financing options.
• Provide pricing information and close sales.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up.
