Apex Shower & Bath is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners in the Denver Metro Area and Front Range, guiding them through design, option selection, and the purchase process. You’ll leverage our iPad-based system to present solutions and close sales in a commission-driven environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, home improvement sales experience, and the ability to travel across the Front Range, with ongoing training and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
• Home improvement/remodeling sales experience a plus.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong organization and time-management abilities.
• Ability to travel across the Front Range region.
• Comfortable presenting to homeowners and building rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our iPad-based sales system.
• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners provided by the company.
• Create customized bath remodeling designs and solutions.
• Present pricing and financing options.
• Close sales and exceed performance goals.
• Participate in weekly sales training and development programs.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships throughout the sales process.
