Apex Shower & Bath is looking for an In-Home Sales Representative to meet pre-qualified homeowners, craft custom bath remodeling designs, present options, and guide customers through the purchasing process using our iPad-based sales system.

This is a 100% commission-based role with unlimited earning potential, including top earnings of $250,000+ annually, pre-qualified leads, a flexible schedule, ongoing training, and clear career advancement across the Front Range.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
• Home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Comfortable presenting to homeowners and building rapport quickly.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Front Range region.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners provided by the company
• Create customized bath remodeling designs and solutions
• Present pricing and financing options
• Close sales and exceed performance goals
• Participate in weekly sales training and development programs
• Maintain excellent customer relationships throughout the sales process
