Job summary

Bath Planet of Richmond & Virginia Beach is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and design personalized bath remodeling solutions using our sales system.

You will present product options, pricing, and financing, travel locally for in-home visits, and work on commission-based earnings with the potential to exceed six figures. Comprehensive training and support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence presenting to homeowners in a professional setting.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
• Home improvement, remodeling, or construction industry experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using technology, tablets, and sales software.
