Bath Planet of Richmond & Virginia Beach is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and design the perfect bath remodeling solution using our iPad-based sales system. This commission-based role offers unlimited earning potential, comprehensive training, flexible scheduling, and ongoing support as you close deals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Travel locally to serve customers in Virginia while leveraging industry-leading products and sales

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence presenting to homeowners in a professional setting.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
Home improvement/remodeling experience is a plus.
Comfortable using technology, tablets, and sales software.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
Build customized bath remodeling solutions for homeowners.
