Job summary

Unique Designs & Construction is seeking an in-home sales representative to help homeowners transform bathrooms with our bath and shower solutions. You’ll meet pre-qualified homeowners in their homes, present pricing, design solutions on an iPad-based system, and close the sale.

This commission-only W-2 role rewards self-motivated, professional sellers with strong communication, offering 12% on company leads and 15% on self-generated leads for an annual earnings potential of $125K–$200K+.

Qualifications

• Sales experience, preferably in-home or home improvement sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confident and comfortable asking for the sale.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Professional and personable.
• Organized and disciplined.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Residence within the local service area.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations.
• Design bath and shower solutions using our iPad-based sales system.
• Present pricing and options to close the sale.
• Build personalized designs using our sales software.
• Close sales and follow up with homeowners as needed.
• Attend weekly sales training and generate your own leads.
