Job summary

LifeSpan Home Improvements in Utah's Salt Lake Valley is seeking dynamic Sales Representatives for its bath remodel division. This full-time, outside sales role focuses on running pre-qualified, warm leads with no cold calling, delivering our proprietary sales presentation, and closing with homeowners.

You will use our iPad software to design bath solutions, maintain knowledge of products and pricing, and meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in-home sales.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Public speaking with confidence.
• Ambitious, self-motivated, disciplined work ethic.
• Outgoing and articulate in social settings.
• Must provide own iPad and reliable transportation.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, iPad-based sales presentations to pre-qualified homeowners.
• Design custom bath solutions using proprietary iPad software.
• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of Lifespan’s products, services, and pricing structures.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through effective lead management and closing techniques.
• Participate in bi-weekly sales training and team meetings.
• Occasionally attend weekend appointments or trade shows to promote Lifespan’s services.
