Job summary

LifeSpan Home Improvements seeks dynamic Sales Representatives for its Bath Remodel division in the Salt Lake Valley. This is a full-time, 1099 outside sales role focused on pre-qualified leads, with no cold calling and a proven commission structure.

You will present solutions using iPad software, close sales with homeowners, and represent Lifespan’s high-quality bath improvements. Training and support are included for career growth.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in-home sales (bath remodeling or design/build a plus).
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and disciplined work ethic.
• Naturally outgoing and articulate, thriving in social settings.
• Dependable transportation and ability to provide your own iPad.
• Must pass a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, iPad-based sales presentations to pre-qualified homeowners.
• Design custom bath solutions using proprietary iPad software.
• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of Lifespan’s products, services, and pricing structures.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through effective lead management and closing techniques.
• Participate in bi-weekly sales training and team meetings.
• Occasionally attend weekend appointments or trade shows to promote Lifespan’s services.
