Job summary

New Bath Today in Birmingham, AL is seeking aggressive sales consultants to demonstrate Kohler bath remodel solutions in customers’ homes. Compensation is pay-for-performance with substantial commissions, with earnings reported from $110,000 to $250,000 per year after training.

This role is a 1099 independent contractor with travel up to a two-hour radius. You will close deals with one-call closers, manage paperwork, and coordinate with the Admin and Operations teams to deliver projects.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate products and services to homeowners using a proven in-home sale method.
• Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately.
• Follow up with Admin and Operations to ensure successful project completion.
