Comforting, Loving & Helping Hands Home Care in Orlando, FL is seeking experienced CNAs, HHAs, or RBTs to provide one-on-one in-home care and behavioral support to clients with autism. Candidates should have at least two years of paid experience in home health or developmental services and be comfortable following structured care plans.
CPR and Level 2 background screening are common requirements, and this role is offered as a 1099 independent contractor with flexible scheduling.
Qualifications
- At least two (2) years of paid experience in home health, behavioral support, or developmental services.
- Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Ability to follow structured routines and care plans.
- Calm communication, redirection, and supportive behavioral strategies.
- Prefer one-on-one, in-home assignments.
Responsabilités
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities.
- Support structured routines and transitions for clients.
- Provide behavioral support and redirection as outlined in care plans.
- Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and safety supervision.
- Observe and report behavioral or functional changes to the care team.
