Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate or RBT certification
• At least two years of paid experience in home health, behavioral support, or developmental services
• CPR certification and Level 2 background screening
• Ability to commute to client homes within assigned Kissimmee area
• Willingness to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities
• Support structured routines and transitions in home settings
• Provide behavioral support and redirection per care plans
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and safety supervision
• Observe and report behavioral or functional changes to the care team
