Job summary

The Line TherapistRole with Ultipro involves working directly with children who have autism in their home, implementing ITP-based interventions, and recording data for progress tracking. You may report concerns to the supervisor and communicate progress to the Interventionist.

Responsibilities include following a rotation schedule and supporting activities such as PRT, arts and crafts, cooperative play, story time, and community outings as needed, with a flexible evenings/weekends schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working directly with children or children with autism.
• Must be comfortable working with children.
• Flexible schedule and be willing to work evenings and/or weekends.
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children who have autism in the client’s home.
• Implement evidence-based intervention strategies per the client’s ITP.
• Record data according to the ITP and report progress or concerns to supervisor.
• Follow the rotation and schedule including activities like PRT, DTI, arts and crafts, cooperative play, story time, circle time, socialization.
