Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Therapist to join the PACT team and deliver community-based mental health services to individuals with serious mental illness.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, two years of relevant post-bachelor experience, and the ability to work in-home and in community settings. This full-time position includes a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a behavioral health science or counseling specialty from an accredited institution.
• Two years of post-bachelor’s experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Work in-home and in the community.
• Work collaboratively with the participating providers.
• Provide crisis intervention.
• Maintain a consumer clinical record (electronically) that accurately reflects all services provided on a timely basis and meets Agency and funding source standards.
• Monitor and oversee service linkage in the mental health and non-mental health health system; coordinating and integrating services from multiple providers.
• Monitor and oversee the provision of community-based services for consumers enrolled in the PACT program.
• Provide clinical insight and treatment working with the PACT team.

As a Therapist, you will work within our Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team located in Cherry Hill, Camden County NJ. PACT provides comprehensive, integrated rehabilitation, treatment and support services to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness, who have had repeated hospitalizations and are at serious risk for psychiatric hospitalization.

Schedule

Full-time; Monday-Friday; Flexible schedules; Community-Based

Salary

$55,000-$60,000/year
