Carolina Outreach in North Carolina seeks a full-time Mental Health Therapist to deliver in-home, community-based therapy within ACT teams. You will coordinate care with families and natural supports, perform crisis assessments, and provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices. Licensure in NC (LCSW/A or LCMHC/A) is required. A flexible schedule and supportive leadership are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Must be licensed in NC as LCSW/A or LCMHC/A.
